Min Ma

Mr. Ma brings over three decades of leadership across the global medical device industry, having held senior executive roles at Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, GE Healthcare, Medtronic, and Stryker. Throughout his career, he has successfully driven innovation by combining advanced medical devices with breakthrough technologies to deliver superior solutions and accelerate market growth. 

Most recently, Mr. Ma served as President of Beijing Tinavi Medical Technology Co., Ltd., where he helped establish the company as a pioneer in orthopedic surgical robotics—an experience that provides unparalleled insight into one of the most transformative fields in healthcare. He has also played a key role in supporting clinical studies, international expansion, and cross-functional collaboration across R&D, marketing, and regulatory teams. 

At MicroPort Orthopedics, Mr. Ma’s focus will be on strengthening manufacturing and supply chain reliability, enhancing collaboration with our distributor network, and expanding best-in-class training and support for our surgeon customers. A central pillar of his leadership will be accelerating our investment in robotics and digital technologies to create comprehensive solutions across both hip and knee arthroplasty.
